Hybrid dynamical systems have attracted important research efforts over the last past two decades as an emerging discipline within the dynamical systems theory and control.
In fact, the hybrid systems provide a framework to analyse and to design complex engineering systems. Particularly, hybrid formalism permit to address formally systems involving continuous-time dynamics of different time-scale and/or discrete events.
This workshop aims to introduce the attendees with the fundamental of the Hybrid system formalism and theory and then provide applications of hybrid control strategies to industrial examples.
